Check-in times usually fall between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and check-out ranges from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at each hotel’s discretion and based on availability. Please see the Hotel Info section on your hotel’s page on ChoiceHotels.com or contact your hotel for more information.

Choice Privileges Elite Status members receive the option of early check-in, late check-out, and priority parking. Your room is guaranteed with a valid credit card, debit card or prepaid card until 7:00 a.m. the morning after your arrival date. This ensures the hotel is holding your room in case of late arrival. However, if your credit or debit card does not have funds available to pay for the room, the room is subject to cancellation. If you’re going to arrive late, please notify the hotel directly.

To see if a hotel accepts pets, look under the Amenities and Policy section in the hotel’s description. Or when you search for your destination, select the “pet-friendly” amenity filter on the search results page. Hotels that accept pets will appear at the top of the list.

Some hotels charge fees such as pet deposits, a nightly surcharge of $10 to $75 or a flat rate surcharge. Limitations on breed or size may apply. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm their specific pet policies.

Cancellation policies vary based on your reservation and/or rate. You can review this information on your check-out page, before confirming your reservation.

Log in to your Choice Privileges account on ChoiceHotels.com or on the mobile app to make changes to your reservation. Or, if your reservation isn’t attached to your Choice Privileges account, search for it on the manage reservations page using your confirmation number and your last name. You can then make the updates online. You can also call the reservations team at 877-424-6423 for assistance.

Keep in mind that every reservation is subject to a cancellation deadline. This deadline varies by property and will display on your confirmation page prior to booking. Advanced purchase rate reservations cannot be modified or canceled.

To find out if the Econo Lodge in your destination has a pool, find the hotel by using the search bar at the top of this page. If the location features a pool, it will be listed in the amenities section. The pool hours usually range from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., however, may vary from property to property.

Some properties allow reservations to guests age 19 and older, however, some properties require you to be 21 years of age. Please contact your property directly for their age restriction policy.
